WHERE DOES THE MONEY THAT COMES IN GO, AND HOW DO I TAKE IT OUT?

All money that comes in from mailings that you have active, is collected in a separate balance that belongs to the organization. This balance is available under settings and bank account and withdrawals. To transfer money to a bank account, you must add an account first. You can see how to do that under add account number.

I RECEIVE A NOTICE THAT THE ADMIN PASSWORD IS WRONG?

Contact the manager or treasurer of the club first, and ask if they may have changed their password. You can also use a forgotten password, and we will send an email where you can reset it as you wish.

In Superinvite, there is a separate password for the part that applies to the account and withdrawal of amounts, as an additional security. Contact the General Manager or Cashier if you do not have this password.

HOW CAN I REFUND MONEY?

Go to your Order list under reports, and find the person who should have refunded the money. Click on show details, and you will find options about reimbursement a little further down the page. You can also read more about refunds here.

Go to your Order list under reports, and at the top of this you will find the option where you can enter an Order manually.

HOW CAN I SEND LIVE LINKS (REAL TIME REPORTS)?

Go to reports and select the export lists tab. At the bottom of the page you will find a button labeled share this report. Click on it, and you will get a link that you can send to those you want.

Go to communications and select the invitations tab. Here you can either import from Excel, or from previous mailings.

HOW CAN I PROMOTE THOSE WHO HAVE NOT RESPONDED?

Go to communications and select the reminders tab. Here you can set up an automatic reminder that goes out to everyone who has not responded.

Go to communication and select the new message tab. Here you can choose from different groups you want to send a message to. Enter the topic and the text you want to communicate, and press send message.

First press create new mailing on the front page when you enter Superinvite. At the top right, you will find the selection taken from previous mailings. Select which mailing you want to copy in.

HOW DO AUTO DEDUCTION AND INSTALLMENT PAYMENT WORK?

By using partial payment or Autotrekk, you can choose to pay in intervals over time, so that people do not have to pay the entire amount at once. This is a great solution if there is a question of large amounts to be paid in and which you can therefore choose to divide, or if you have mailings that become fixed every month over time.

THE PERSON WHO HAS PAID CAN'T FIND A RECEIPT?

It may happen that a receipt enters the Spam filter of the person who pays. If it is not in the Spam filter, then the person can, according to the new GDPR rules, reserve against emails from Superinvite. If the person still cannot find a receipt after checking this, contact us.

SOMEONE SAYS THEY DON'T GET THE INVITATION WE SEND OUT?

It may happen that an invitation that is sent out gets into the recipient's Spam filter. If it is not in the Spam filter, then the person can, according to the new GDPR rules, reserve against emails from Superinvite. If the person still cannot find the invitation after checking this, contact us.
