Max Number of days

In SuperInvite, you can set a maximum quantity at the product level, so that it is no longer possible to purchase the product when the quantity is reached. One can now also set the maximum number on days, which is often used at academies / FFO. Then you can distribute the participants better over the days of the week, and it creates a better predictability in relation to the resources needed on the different days. It's easy to set up, and the rest runs automatically.

1. First, label all your products / days with what day of the week they represent. You do this by pressing the icon that is on a hat next to each product.

Note: You can also set days of the week on individual products, and is often used if a single product covers all days.

2. When you have set the day of the week on all your products under "Options", you proceed to the "Attendance list" tab. Here you select "Create new maximum number of groups".

You can also create several groups with the same products and days of the week combined. This is usually used in more advanced cases, where you have several courses on the same day, and with one maximum number for both courses.

3. Select which products are to be covered by the maximum number per day in the list you get, and give the group a name.

4. Furthermore, you can specify the maximum number on each day of the week that you have set under "Options", and you always have a graphic overview of how many people have signed up for each day of the week, and how many places are still available. You can also adjust the maximum number during the registration period, if, for example, you get extra capacity.

Those who sign up receive information about how many places are available, as soon as the number falls below 10 available.

Note: Also remember that you now have full access to attendance lists, where you check who has and who hasn't turned up. Here you can also send direct messages to the parents, should there be a need to inform them about something. Read more about attendance lists here.
