How do Autodraw and Partial payment work?

SuperInvite have a powerful and comprehensive solution if you want to split the amount, or deduct an amount automatically per month, for example. This is a popular feature that provides the opportunity for more people to be included.

Functions and overview

For interval type, you can choose Year, Month or Day. This determines whether you want to withdraw once a year, month or whether you want to withdraw once a day over a given period. The choice that is most used is per Month.

The number of intervals is how many times the amount is to be deducted. For example, if you have selected the interval "Month" and 6 intervals, it will only be deducted over a period of 6 months.

The date of the first move is when the first interval starts. For example, if you set the interval type to "Month", 6 intervals, and start date 01 January, SuperInvite will subtract once a month until 01 June.

When you have set a start date, such as 01 January, then someone may come in and want to register on 02 January. We solve this easily by giving them the option to pay the first interval directly, and then the rest will take care of itself. You can also choose whether they should pay for all intervals anyway, or only the remaining intervals, if they come in after the first interval has been drawn.

We take care of outstanding drafts

If someone is unlucky and has changed cards or does not have coverage when the draw is due, we inform them to change their card, or ensure coverage. Both you as a club and those who pay always have an overview and status of all moves that have taken place and that will come in the future.

Be early

In an early phase, you can send out invitations / notices about payment, so that the amount is withdrawn later on a given date that you set yourself. This means that you can be early in inviting, without thinking about handling payments later.
