We of course have support for Excel reports, but with Superinvite's real-time lists you always get updated lists and data.
We have focused on the importance of having an overview in real time since we started in 2012, and since then have set a new standard in the industry. With Superinvite, you are only one click away from a complete overview, no matter where you are.
Functions and overview
With Superinvite's reports and lists, everything works in real time. In practice, this means that you do not need to think that the information you read in our lists is missing. If the parents or someone has paid for something in Superinvite on the bus home from work five minutes before roll call, the child or person is on the list.
With Superinvite real-time lists and reports, anyone who wants can retrieve information on their mobile, PC or big screen anytime, anywhere. With Superinvite you always have a full overview no matter what.
If you need to send a real-time report to, for example, needs for Girls / Boys 12, you can select this year class, and send a separate report link to the one you want. Then they always have an overview of who has paid and not in the event of a summons.
Superinvite works with several hundred clubs, and therefore has to cover many different needs. In all our digital lists and reports, you can sort data easily, so that it is easy to find what you need. For example, if you want to find out how many people need transport to FFO from a specific school, it can be done via a few simple clicks.
Real time lists
With Superinvite you always have an overview in real time. The real-time lists show everyone who has been paid for in the same second that someone has paid. This means that you no longer need static Excel lists as an overview on the track, or as a basis for the driver for FFO. Now you can just send a separate link to the person who should have an overview, and you choose what information the link should contain. This makes it easy for everyone involved and to have an overview of participants.
Get a good overview
In all the lists in Superinvite, you can easily sort and filter your data as you wish. If you want to take out a list of everyone who will have transport on, for example, Thursdays, it can be done in a couple of minutes. And best of all – all the data you work with is always up to date.
Processing of data
In some cases, it can be useful to be able to extract lists and data after a dispatch, where real time is not important. Superinvite offers a number of types of Excel reports that you can process. For partial payment / auto withdrawal, we also offer a financial forecast report on what the expected income over the period will entail. These can be simple but good management tools for the club.
