SuperInvite take privacy seriously, and as of July 2018, new guidelines related to GDPR were introduced. Here are the specific features of SuperInvite we have facilitated to safeguard privacy:
- Everyone can opt out of emails from SuperInvite system. This applies to invitations, receipts, reminders, or other circumstances where we need to send user information. They do this easily by clicking on Unsubscribe at the bottom of all emails they receive from SuperInvite.
- Everyone in the system can also opt out of receiving invitations from SuperInvite system. This controls you as an organization under the Order list and View details. Here you can tick the box for the person to be excluded from future invitations.
- SuperInvite has a widely used Live report, where all data is displayed in real time. If there is a person who should not appear in the list, you can tick this box under Order details from the Orders list.
- Deactivation of live links - If you have published a live link (Real Time Report), and you regret it or wish to deactivate the link, you can easily do so under Share this report under Reports.
