Export lists and reports

In SuperInvite, you have a number of opportunities to work with data in a varied and flexible way that suits you. To find these, go to Reports and on to the tab that says Export lists.

At the bottom of the page you will find the choice to use the following export options:

Real-time reports (Link): This is a very useful function, when you need to see lists in real time. You get all lists in real time. This means that if mother or father sits on the bus and pays 2 minutes before training, the club will get information about it in its lists.

Example:

You must send an overview of everyone who has paid the training fee to the team manager for G12, so that they can easily follow up on their mobile when they are on the pitch. Then you only sign off on G12, and send the link to the correct team leader. The team leader will have an overview in real time of whether everyone has paid the training fee for their team.

Enrollment list (Excel): This is the same as the real-time report, but the list cannot be updated in real time, after you have downloaded your Excel overview.

Example

The year is over, and you will be working on your membership list. Then you can take out a registration list in Excel, and work on it there.

For both of these reports, you can use the filtering options you see on the page, where you can tick off and on different product types you want in the report. This is particularly important to think about in relation to the Real Time Report, where you want to hide any sensitive information.

Order list (Excel): Your order list shows you all the information you need to have an overview of details about orders. Here you see who has paid, amount and date of payment.

Example

If you want to document the amount and all payments associated with a Football School, you can send this list.

Invitations (Excel): This is only relevant if you have sent invitations through Superinvite. In this Excel sheet, you get an overview of everyone who has been invited, and who has responded and who has not.
