Superinvite attendance lists and attendance control
Recently, Superinvite has been updated with a completely new function for attendance control. This is relevant to use in several cases:
- Parents/members let us know whether or not they are coming in advance, so that the club has better predictability and can plan better.
- On the actual day of attendance, the person who has the summons can very easily tick off those who have come, or not. The parents then receive a message that the participant has turned up.
- Via the new option to send messages to each other, communication between club and member/participant is improved.
Predictability creates advantages
All the club needs to do is go in and set which days of the week each product (Options) applies to, and Superinvite will give you a full overview of who will be coming on the different days.
