How to collect training fees as efficiently as possible?
Superinvite works with several hundred training fees throughout the year, and through our clubs we have gathered some experience that can make a positive contribution. Below we have listed some simple points to effectively collect training fees, while the club has control through Superinvite.
- Be early, and publish as soon as it is ready. If you wait until the end, there is a greater chance that people will not get paid.
- Use reminders for those who have not paid, and vary the days of the week they receive this so that the different families receive it at a time when they can go in to pay.
- Give coaches and team managers live link/live information about who is "ready to play" on their team so that they have a tool that makes it easy and make sure that all their own players get registered and paid what they are due on time.
- Sensible prices, here we would also recommend that it be agreed that prices should always be increased by approx. 2.5 per cent so that members experience a predictable price development. It can be dangerous to keep prices completely unchanged for a few years, since everything else in society rises in price by around 2.5 per cent. Then you will suddenly have to increase a lot a year, which causes reactions and unforeseen large cost changes in family budgets.
- Information about what you get, it is important to inform about what you actually get for what you pay. Many people do not know what happens and what it costs in a sports club, so actually getting information about what the training fee covers will act as a motivation for many to want to pay.
