Vålerenga Football has chosen to use Superinvite for several types of payments to the club
Vålerengens Sports Association was founded on 29 July 1913 in a box joinery in the back yard at Vålerenggata 29. By then, the forerunner Spark, later Vaalerengens Fotboldklub, had already existed since 1898. But on this day, the football club called an extraordinary general meeting to form a sports association at Vålerenga. The 27 who turned up agreed on the name Spring and that the club should have football, skiing, athletics and wrestling as activities. Vålerenga Football is thus the only department that has existed for all the years since its establishment. The following year, the sports association changed its name to today's Vålerengens Idrettsforening.
