What are the 5 biggest criteria for IFO, FFO or academy to be successful?

We have a fantastic Academy solution that is used by both large and small clubs. Here they can choose which days and periods they will participate in, so that the club can easily plan the day for optimal arrangements. It is also ensured that everyone who takes part has paid, as the team manager / coach can follow the pitch in real time.

  1. Simple, concrete and orderly arrangement that embraces/interests the crowd.
  2. Flexible registration so that families can adapt to the different parts of the year and other activities, without going beyond/requiring too much of the administration.
  3. Coaching resources, the better coaches and managers on the field. For better planning and results.
  4. Social understanding, it is important that the coaches remember that the children are very connected to social relationships. Any hospitalization must be balanced with social needs towards one's own friends, even if the skill level varies.
  5. Balance and individual assessment in communication with children and parents is always best.
  6. Do something different/special in the winter period so that you avoid "winter breaks", often taking part in a small tournament or doing something different sometime in January or the beginning of February can be something the children look forward to and look forward to - which again makes it a culture to always be there through the winter.

If you have other good tips, just contact us and we will add them.
